We are looking for a dedicated Community Intern to join our team, act as the voice of our brand, and help us continue building meaningful connections with our fans.
What you'll be doing
- Engage with our community by responding to posts across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring every interaction reflects our playful and genuine brand voice.
- Manage quality assurance by tracking, reporting, and resolving consumer feedback regarding product issues, ingredient sustainability, and packaging concerns.
- Support our e-commerce operations by resolving order and subscription inquiries and executing our surprise and delight program to build lasting relationships with our customers.
