Community Engagement Specialist at Clean Simple Eats

At CSE, we are dedicated to building a personalized and positive experience for every member of our community. We believe that digital platforms have the power to foster genuine connections and drive brand awareness. We are looking for a creative and energetic individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist. You will help us leverage social media to interact with our audience and maintain the unique voice of our brand. This role requires you to be available to work between Monday and Sunday, with a specific focus on Saturdays and Sundays, totaling at least 25 hours each week.

About the Role

This is a part-time, junior-level position that functions entirely on a remote basis. As our Community Engagement Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our online audience, ensuring that our community feels heard, supported, and connected to the CSE brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate positive customer relationships online while serving as a subject matter expert on social community management practices.
• Oversee, monitor, and reply to comments and direct messages across our social platforms, ensuring all interactions reflect our brand voice.
• Gather customer feedback and sentiment to identify emerging trends, which you will then report back to our internal marketing and content teams.

Requirements

• A strong grasp of social media platforms, specifically Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Excellent written communication skills and a passion for providing top-tier customer service.
• Experience with social media strategy and familiarity with the Meta Business Suite.
• The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a talent for problem-solving.

Location

This role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, though candidates based in Utah are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
