About the Role

We are seeking a Community Engagement Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a primary ambassador for our brand, focusing on building meaningful connections with local leaders, nonprofits, and businesses. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and executing events that drive brand awareness and business development, ensuring that our presence in the community reflects our core mission and commitment to service.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including business owners and nonprofit organizations, to increase our brand visibility.
• Plan and manage all logistics for community events, ensuring they align with our business goals while measuring the impact and return on investment.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create localized outreach initiatives and utilize CRM software to track leads and partnership opportunities effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Three to five years of professional experience in business development, event management, or community relations.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage in public speaking and networking with confidence.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Location

This position is based in the United States and operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring flexibility to attend off-site events and community meetings.
