Perry Street Software is the force behind Jack'd, SCRUFF, and BKDR.com, operating some of the world's most prominent social dating apps for gay, bi, trans, and queer individuals. With a reach spanning over 30 million members globally, we are dedicated to providing a secure, private, and inclusive space for connection and self-expression. We operate as a fully remote, global team with colleagues spread across more than 12 countries, and we are looking for a passionate Community & Digital Marketing Manager to join us in a part-time capacity to help shape our presence in key English-speaking markets, particularly the United States.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead our community engagement by identifying and managing strategic partnerships with events, festivals, and nightlife organizations to boost brand visibility and user acquisition.
- You will develop and execute a robust digital marketing and content strategy, managing our social media calendars and creating organic content that resonates deeply with our diverse community.
- You will oversee brand-building initiatives and conduct ongoing market research, analyzing performance metrics and competitive trends to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and authentic.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community building. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- A deep understanding of the LGBTQ+ community and its various subcultures.
- Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns and building strategic partnerships with influencers or organizations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform your strategy and measure success.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and paid advertising tools, such as Facebook Business Manager or Snap Ads.
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset for visual storytelling.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have a background in event planning and logistics.
What you'll get
