Kodiak is a rapidly growing food company based in the scenic Rocky Mountains of Park City, Utah. We are disrupting the industry with our better-for-you breakfast and snacking options, including our best-selling whole grain flapjack mixes. We are currently seeking a Community Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. If you are passionate about the outdoors and want to help us become the most loved next-generation food brand, we would love to have you help us maintain our online presence and connect with our fans.
Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of our brand by engaging with fans across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, while ensuring every interaction reflects our genuine and playful personality.
- Provide best-in-class customer service by responding to feedback, tracking consumer trends, and managing our surprise and delight program.
- Coordinate the timely delivery of products from our headquarters and maintain a deep, expert-level knowledge of our entire product line to educate others.
Requirements
- A strong understanding of social media best practices and functionality across major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills, paired with a high level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a self-starter attitude.
- Previous experience in social media or a customer service role is highly preferred.
