About the Role
We are looking for a Community & Content Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This mid-level role is designed for a creative and ambitious individual who is eager to grow within a fast-paced environment. You will be a central figure in our marketing department, responsible for shaping our brand voice through compelling content, high-quality video production, and strategic social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate thought leadership initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders to produce persuasive social media content.
- Record, edit, and produce high-quality video assets specifically tailored for platforms like LinkedIn.
- Manage our social media channels by utilizing the latest industry strategies, tracking performance metrics, and leveraging AI tools to enhance engagement and scheduling.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong creative and copywriting skills with the ability to craft persuasive posts.
- Proficiency in video production and editing software.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and the application of AI tools in content creation.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership to align strategies with company goals.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office or Google Business Apps, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident, as we are unable to provide work authorization sponsorship.
Location
This position is based on-site in Delray Beach, Florida.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 USD.
