What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Communications Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position where you will take the lead on internal communications for our People and Culture and Operations divisions. You will play a vital role in engaging and inspiring our employees, ensuring our internal messaging is clear, strategic, and aligned with our broader business goals.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute strategic internal communication plans for the People and Culture and Operations teams, covering areas like talent management and organizational changes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing data-driven counsel and building strong cross-functional relationships to ensure our messaging reaches the right audiences effectively.
- Plan and lead division-specific events, such as All Hands meetings, while also supporting larger enterprise-wide programs and corporate initiatives.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in communications and a deep interest in the employee experience. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in communications, ideally within the retail or technology sectors, with specific expertise in supporting Human Resources or People teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to craft compelling narratives and identify the best ways to reach a decentralized workforce.
- Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of your communications and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English and a proactive approach to solving complex communication challenges.
