About the Role
We are looking for a Communications Intern to join our team on an internship basis. In this role, you will support our corporate affairs and various market segments by assisting with brand building and public awareness initiatives. You will work closely with our Communications Manager to execute a wide range of projects, including corporate communications, sustainability efforts, and media outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation of marketing and communications content, including drafting copy for diverse audiences and various platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to establish project priorities, coordinate deliverables, and participate in creative brainstorming sessions for product launches and campaigns.
- Ensure all assigned projects are completed on time and adhere to our high standards of quality and AP Style guidelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree, either in progress or completed, in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Zero to three years of relevant professional experience in marketing or communications.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and work well both independently and as part of a team.
Location
This position is based on-site in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this internship is $20/hr to $22/hr.
