Role at a glance
This is a full-time, remote position for a Junior Communications and Instructional Design Specialist. You will play a vital role in our internal brand and employee development, working from anywhere to help us maintain the high standards that define our service.
Your impact
- Develop and execute engaging internal communications across multiple channels to keep our team connected to our mission and values.
- Design user-friendly instructional materials, such as how-to guides and onboarding documents, to support our patients and healthcare partners.
- Create interactive learning content, including eLearning modules and training aids, that translate complex information into accessible experiences for our employees.
What you'll need
- 1 to 3 years of experience in instructional design, internal communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills with a sharp eye for clarity and impact.
- Proficiency with design and learning platforms, such as Adobe, Canva, Camtasia, or various LMS tools.
- A solid understanding of adult learning theory and inclusive design principles.
- Strong project management abilities and a collaborative spirit.
- Fluency in English.
- A creative, curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
