Ceribell is a medical technology company dedicated to transforming how we diagnose and manage patients with serious neurological conditions. We are looking for a motivated Commercial Events Coordinator to support our sales and marketing teams as we continue to grow our presence in hospitals and health systems across the country.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of event planning, from initial concept and creative design to onsite execution.
- Coordinate essential logistics, including venue selection, production, hotel blocks, and vendor management.
- Develop engaging event content, such as identifying speakers and shaping panel discussions.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records while providing administrative support to the commercial team.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure all activities align with our brand messaging.
- Collaborate with our logistics department to ensure timely delivery of event materials.
- Travel 25 to 35 percent of the time to support national trade shows and regional events.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience as a sales administrator or event coordinator, specifically with remote and onsite event management.
- Proficiency with CRM software, including Salesforce and Power BI, as well as Google Suite and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-oriented mindset.
- Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds during event setup.
- A high level of dedication and attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior knowledge of medical device compliance regulations.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $101,000 USD.
