What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Color and Materials Footwear Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in the United States. You will serve as a key member of our product design team, working closely with our footwear designer and accessories director to curate a materials library that aligns with our strategic business goals. Your expertise in trend analysis, sourcing, and CAD will be essential as you bridge the gap between fashion-forward aesthetics and technical performance. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing a comprehensive footwear materials library while ensuring all selections meet our standards for sustainability and vegan-friendly innovation.
• Collaborating across interdisciplinary teams to define signature color and material executions that visually connect our footwear and apparel collections.
• Owning the end-to-end design process, from initial concept and trend research to the delivery of clear CADs and production briefs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile or Industrial Design and brings over eight years of experience within the fashion, apparel, or sporting goods industries. You should have a robust portfolio demonstrating your mastery of engineered materials, trims, and innovative color applications. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, capable of managing multiple complex projects, and comfortable presenting ideas to diverse stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, along with advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. You should be an entrepreneurial team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies a spirit of kindness and positivity.

What we offer

We provide a competitive base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on your individual experience and performance. In addition to base compensation, our total rewards package for this position includes:
