The role
We are seeking a Senior CNC Programmer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a high-level position for an experienced professional who is ready to take ownership of complex machining processes and help us maintain our status as a leader in the production of close-tolerance metal components.
Core responsibilities
- Develop precise 3, 4, and 5-axis NC programs using Siemens NX to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
- Create comprehensive setup documentation and instructions to guide machine operators through the loading and execution of programs.
- Support the engineering department by assisting with part estimates and bidding packages to ensure accurate project planning.
Skills and experience
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in CNC programming and tool design for 3, 4, and 5-axis machining centers.
- Proficiency with Siemens NX (version 7.5 or newer) and Vericut.
- Strong working knowledge of metal removal cutting technology, with specific experience in hard metals preferred.
- Ability to translate complex drawings and electronic data into effective part programs.
- Must meet ITAR requirements, meaning you must be a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 USD. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and long-term security, including:
