What is this role?

We are looking for a Client Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of our client and member engagement strategies. You will play a vital role in helping us scale our reach by ensuring our partners can effectively communicate our services to their populations.

What will you do?

• Analyze client data and demographics to identify unique opportunities for personalized marketing strategies that drive member enrollment.
• Partner with our Client Success teams to build and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with specific business objectives and client needs.
• Manage the full communications workstream during new client launches while monitoring campaign performance to provide actionable reporting and strategic pivots.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in healthcare marketing, specifically with experience in health plans. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven expertise in client relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing marketing role.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage CRM systems and marketing automation tools to inform your decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various internal teams to create compelling engagement materials.
• Fluency in English.

What's in it for you?

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 USD for this position. This compensation is part of a broader package that includes stock options and incentive pay for eligible roles.
