What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Client Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for crafting strategies that drive client engagement, product adoption, and long-term retention. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and executing segment-specific marketing campaigns in partnership with our growth, content, and client success teams.
- Collaborating with product marketing to translate complex feature updates into compelling, client-friendly messaging that encourages adoption.
- Analyzing campaign performance and client feedback to optimize engagement strategies and demonstrate clear revenue impact.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least five years of experience in client or customer marketing, preferably within the B2B SaaS sector. You must be a strategic thinker who is comfortable working cross-functionally and using data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in CRM tools is essential, as is the ability to produce high-quality written content like case studies and newsletters. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, highly collaborative, and eager to leverage insights to improve the client experience. Familiarity with account-based marketing or AI-driven communication tools is considered a significant plus.
