What is this role?
We are seeking a Client Insights Analyst to join our Analytics team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives on uncovering compelling stories within complex data sets. You will play a vital role in supporting our blue-chip client roster by collaborating closely with our sales, marketing, and client services departments in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of reporting and analytical deliverables for our top-tier accounts.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for quarterly business reviews and monthly campaign analyses.
- Develop and present ROI models that clearly demonstrate the value of our services to both existing clients and prospective partners.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical proficiency and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- A bachelor's degree in a field such as statistics, computer science, information technology, business, or marketing.
- At least two years of experience in an analytical role, with at least one year specifically within the digital media, marketing, or ad tech sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to build complex pivot tables and models.
- Comfort working with big data and the ability to explain technical findings to diverse audiences.
- A curious, self-starting mindset with a passion for storytelling through data.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Salesforce or previous client-facing presentation experience.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive salary range of $54,000 to $101,000. Your final compensation will be determined based on your unique experience, skills, and location, while maintaining internal equity. In addition to your base salary, this role is eligible for bonuses or commissions, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
