We’re Health Force, a fast-moving startup building an AI Assistant that takes the grind out of hospital admin work so clinicians can spend more time with patients. Our platform is already live in hospital groups across Italy and Austria, and we’re scaling across Europe. We’re looking for a hands-on CTO who will steer the technology that powers this growth.
Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Chief Technology Officer on a full-time, executive basis. The role is fully remote, open to candidates anywhere.
Your impact
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for our AI Assistant, guiding its deployment across new European hospital groups while keeping security and compliance front and center.
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, rigorous quality standards, and continuous improvement.
- Shape strategic technology partnerships and cross-functional plans that turn business goals into secure, scalable product releases.
What you'll need
Proven success leading technology teams and delivering complex cloud solutions, especially on AWS. You bring deep experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle, Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere, and a sharp focus on data privacy and healthcare-grade security. Strategic thinking, clear communication, and the ability to translate ambitious objectives into practical technical plans are essential. Background in healthcare technology is a plus, and fluency in English is required.
