- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing, integrated team of product, engineering, and data professionals.
- Foster a culture of accountability and innovation while working cross-functionally with our go-to-market and operations leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product and technology development, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role such as CPO, CTO, or VP of Product, Engineering, or Data.

- Demonstrated success leading lean teams of 30 to 50 people to deliver features rapidly using AI-first approaches.
- Deep technical expertise in cloud computing, systems architecture, and cybersecurity.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive business growth through strategic technical decision-making.
- The ability to balance high-level vision with tactical execution to ensure both immediate delivery and long-term innovation.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience building solutions within the public sector, GovTech, or human services domains.
- A background or deep familiarity with the mission-driven or public benefit space.
- Experience navigating government procurement processes and complex customer environments.
- A strong history of mentorship and developing talent within a fast-growing startup.
