Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of strategic and operational initiatives across the marketing department to ensure we meet our core business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional projects by collaborating with leadership, product, and operations teams to drive efficiency and impact.
- Perform competitive and market research to provide actionable insights that guide the CMO and marketing leadership in their decision-making.
- Oversee the planning and execution of key leadership meetings, including developing agendas, preparing content, and managing follow-up actions.
- Draft internal and external communications for the CMO, such as executive updates, speaking engagements, and all-hands presentations.
- Act as a connector within the marketing organization to streamline communication and optimize the CMO's time and focus.
- Work with the People Team and the CMO to cultivate an inclusive team culture and support professional development.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of professional experience in strategy, operations, communications, marketing, or business management, ideally within a high-growth environment.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven talent for bringing structure to complex or ambiguous projects.
- High attention to detail and the ability to execute tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the company.
- Fluency in English.

- Proficiency in presentation tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $195,000, depending on your specific skills and experience.
