We are currently looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team and partner directly with our Chief Consumer and Marketing Officer to unite our marketing, product, and design organizations.

What you bring

This full-time executive role is based in the United States and requires a leader who can operate as a trusted advisor to senior management. You will be instrumental in driving our business strategy and ensuring our teams remain aligned as we scale. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Managing the rhythm of the business by overseeing meeting agendas, tracking action items, and facilitating communication across the leadership team.
• Driving strategic planning initiatives, including fiscal year budgeting, headcount planning, and the development of key objectives.
• Leading change management efforts and internal communications to foster a cohesive culture across our marketing and product departments.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a disciplined operator and strategic thinker with at least 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree. You must possess world-class verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives for the entire organization. We are looking for someone who excels at stakeholder management and has a strong background in program management. You should be comfortable working in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments and demonstrate a track record of building effective, cross-functional relationships. Fluency in English is required for this position.
