At Jeff, we are building a data-driven financial marketplace that bridges this divide by using alternative data to connect individuals with the right financial products. Since our launch in 2020, we have grown into a team of over 35 people across 7 countries, secured $5 million in funding, and served more than 5 million users. As we approach $10 million in annual revenue and prepare to expand into new markets, we are looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to help us become the top-of-mind choice for financial services globally.

What you bring

This is a senior-level, full-time role based in Latvia. You will be a key leader in our fintech organization, focusing on growth, performance marketing, and brand strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic leadership with a whole-of-business perspective to guide our growth-oriented mindset.
• Building and leading our high-performing growth team as we scale our product range and business operations.
• Developing and executing a winning acquisition strategy across paid channels while identifying new opportunities for market expansion.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of professional experience, ideally within the fintech or marketplace sectors. You should possess an analytical, data-driven mindset and a proven track record of scaling brands. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with the Southeast Asian market is considered a significant advantage. The ideal candidate is a proactive, versatile problem-solver who excels at managing complex projects and communicating effectively at all levels. You should be comfortable with digital and offline channels, including mobile app marketing, SEO, and social media, while maintaining a strong focus on business impact and personal growth.
