The role

We are seeking a Chief Marketing Maverick to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position for a candidate who lives and breathes Web3. You will take the reins of our marketing efforts, bridging the gap between creative strategy and technical execution to solidify our position as a leader in the blockchain space. Whether you are located anywhere in the world, we invite you to help us bring our brand to life.

Core responsibilities

• Architect and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our mission, including leading all promotional efforts for our Token Generation Event and main-net launch.
• Cultivate a highly engaged developer community across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Reddit while managing a Community Ambassadors Program to foster grassroots advocacy.
• Serve as a primary thought leader for Analog by representing our vision at industry events, conferences, podcasts, and AMAs to build meaningful relationships with KOLs, influencers, and market makers.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership, with a strong preference for candidates who have navigated the Web3, blockchain, or crypto sectors.
• Proven success in managing key milestones such as TGEs and main-net launches, including the ability to craft compelling narratives for tokens and emerging trends.
• A robust network of industry contacts, including influencers and market makers, combined with a deep understanding of the degen mindset and high-visibility growth hacking.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with a data-driven approach to resource allocation and campaign optimization.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams.
