Analog is building a true Layer-0 blockchain network that ushers in the omnichain future, secured with the Proof-of-Time consensus mechanism. We are a non-hierarchical team seeking a Chief Marketing Maverick to lead our marketing efforts on a full-time basis. This is not just a role; it's a mission for someone who lives and breathes Web3, has a proven track record in taking blockchain companies through TGE and main-net launches, and knows how to harness the power of marketing to build world-class brands.

About You
  • Experience: At least 5+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in Web3, blockchain, or crypto, with proven success in leading teams and launching large-scale campaigns.
  • TGE & Main-net Expertise: Deep experience in marketing during key milestones such as Token Generation Events (TGE) and main-net launches.
  • Network: A robust network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), market makers, influencers, and even celebrities in the crypto and tech ecosystems.
  • Strategic Risk-Taker: Knows how to balance bold, risk-taking moves with calculated ROI-driven strategies to deliver exceptional results.
  • Web3 Fluency: Comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology, interoperability, and the unique needs of Web3 projects.
  • Marketing Guru: A campaign architect with a knack for growth hacking, content mastery, SEO, PR, and community engagement.
  • Budget Savvy: Skilled in allocating resources and budget effectively to deliver maximum impact.
  • Communications Pro: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English, with additional languages being a bonus.
  • Adaptable and Driven: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while staying ahead of market trends.
  • People Connector: Natural charisma for relationship building with partners, communities, and stakeholders alike.
  • Proven experience managing Tier 1 Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including strategy, engagement, and execution of impactful partnerships.
  • Expertise in crafting compelling narratives for crypto projects, including successful launches or growth campaigns for tokens, blockchain platforms, or emerging trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute high-impact marketing strategies using a network of diverse KOLs, influencers, and community leaders across Web3 ecosystems.
  • Track record of launching and scaling campaigns for crypto projects, such as meme coins or token releases, with measurable success.
  • Deep understanding of the degen mindset and its application to innovative, high-visibility marketing strategies in the Web3 space.
  • Experience in leveraging public relations to amplify product launches and brand narratives through tiered media outreach and storytelling campaigns.


  • About the Role
  • As the Chief Marketing Maverick, you’ll take the reins of Analog’s marketing efforts, from strategy to execution, bringing the brand to life and solidifying our position in the Web3 space. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and execution, turning ambitious ideas into impactful results.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Architect and execute a high-level marketing strategy aligned with Analog’s mission, ensuring strong brand positioning across Web3 ecosystems.
  • Community Leadership: Build a highly engaged and loyal developer community and manage community platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
  • Thought Leadership: Be the face of Analog at industry events, conferences, podcasts, and AMAs, sharing our vision with authenticity and enthusiasm.
  • Partnerships & Network Building: Leverage your connections with KOLs, influencers, and market makers to drive collaborations, partnerships, and campaigns.
  • Growth Campaigns: Design and execute high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user growth, community engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Budget Mastery: Strategically allocate marketing resources to maximize ROI and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • TGE and Main net Launch: Lead all marketing efforts for TGE and main net launches, ensuring maximum exposure and momentum.
  • Community Empowerment: Create and manage a Community Ambassadors Program to amplify Analog’s message and foster grassroots advocacy.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of compelling content across blogs, social media, PR, video, and events to communicate Analog’s value proposition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align marketing with the company’s technical vision and roadmap.
  • Risk-Taking Creativity: Experiment with bold and innovative approaches to marketing that align with Web3’s dynamic nature.

  • Knowledge of conflict resolution and community management.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
