About the Role

We are searching for a Chief Marketing Officer to join us on a full-time basis. This executive-level position reports directly to our CEO and serves as the primary architect of our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing our in-house marketing team, managing our brand identity, and driving both customer acquisition and long-term retention. This role is perfect for a results-oriented leader who can balance creative storytelling with rigorous, data-driven decision-making to achieve our ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor our internal marketing agency to cultivate a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our growth targets, including the expansion of our eCommerce initiatives.
• Act as the primary steward of our brand, ensuring that all messaging across digital, print, television, and community relations remains consistent and impactful.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in senior marketing leadership, specifically with a proven history of driving growth through innovative demand generation.
• Strong background in B2C marketing, with additional B2B experience considered a significant advantage.
• Comprehensive expertise in brand development, digital marketing, market research, and customer retention.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Commerce Clouds, or similar enterprise-level eCommerce platforms.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze consumer metrics and market segmentation to guide strategic planning.
