The Opportunity
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you oversee all Marketing and Communications activities, leading the strategy, and ensuring effective channels for corporate partners, philanthropic donors, and other constituents. Your responsibilities include enhancing brand presence, spreading MLT’s thought leadership, attracting new partners, recruiting program fellows, and securing donors. Your primary operational focus will be on expanding capacity, capabilities, and processes necessary to advance MLT's strategy to dramatically scale its impact over the next decade. Additionally, you will oversee the execution of a major 20th Anniversary gala and campaign. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Casey Recupero, you will collaborate with our CEO and Founder John Rice, as well as other executives to crystallize and amplify MLT’s unique narrative on what it takes to advance racial equity.
