With over one million users across companies like Accor and Rip Curl, we are currently scaling rapidly toward an ambitious goal of 500 million euros in annual recurring revenue by 2030. We are looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to lead our 43-person marketing team and drive our next phase of international growth from our Paris office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate 14 million euros in qualified leads for 2025.
- Structure and lead the marketing department, including the creation of a dedicated Product Marketing function.
- Enhance our content production quality and strengthen brand differentiation against key competitors.
- Optimize conversion rates by 5 percent while maintaining strict control over customer acquisition costs in the domestic market.
- Infuse a strong marketing vision across the entire organization to support our international expansion.
Must-haves
- A degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in strategic marketing roles within high-growth companies, ideally those that have scaled revenue by tens or hundreds of millions of euros.
- Fluency in both French and English (C1 level).
- Proven ability to manage and structure large teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Prior experience within a B2B SaaS company, specifically in the HR, accounting, or finance sectors.
