What will you do?
- Lead the development and execution of our comprehensive marketing strategy, overseeing everything from brand management and customer acquisition to media planning and product adoption.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative culture while setting clear goals and expectations for our senior marketing experts.
- Drive business growth through data-informed decision making, partnering with our analytics teams to turn customer insights into effective campaigns that deliver a strong return on investment.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic vision and hands-on leadership experience. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven success in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally with a background in brand building, CRM, and growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to influence stakeholders across the business, the executive team, and the board.
- A pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in English is required for this role.
What's in it for you?
We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally. Beyond the opportunity to lead marketing efforts at a top-tier Australian tech company, you will enjoy the following benefits:
- Flexible and hybrid work arrangements, including the ability to work from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days each year.
- Early finishes at 3pm every Friday.
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave and dedicated birthday leave.
- Wellness perks, including free access to Headspace and discounted fitness classes.
- Special team benefits like double cashback and regular social celebrations.
