Responsibilities
- Shape and execute a cohesive product positioning and messaging strategy that sets EarnIn apart in the market and strengthens brand awareness across every channel.
- Build and scale a comprehensive marketing roadmap that drives customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through both paid and organic channels.
- Lead product launch initiatives and grassroots marketing efforts while collaborating with the executive team to align all marketing activities with company-wide growth objectives.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in B2C environments, with a demonstrated record of scaling impactful strategies.
- Proven success in developing distinctive product positioning, executing high-impact product launches, and optimizing paid, organic, and grassroots marketing channels to achieve measurable growth.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data analytics, customer segmentation, and performance metrics to guide marketing decisions and improve return on investment.
- Hands-on leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering collaboration between marketing and product organizations.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, including experience presenting to and influencing C-suite leaders and board members.
What we offer
This full-time hybrid role is based in the United States and requires at least two days per week in our Mountain View, California office. The base salary range is $375,000 - $475,000. In addition to competitive pay, we provide equity compensation and a hybrid work arrangement that supports both in-office collaboration and personal flexibility.
