Having successfully incubated the Mina Protocol, we are now entering an exciting new chapter as the leading provider of zero-knowledge tooling. We are looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer to join our team and guide our marketing efforts, shape our brand identity, and foster deep user engagement. You will play a central role in the strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives, including our latest endeavor, Project Untitled, which is a groundbreaking state management solution for the web3 space.
What you'll be doing
- You will design and implement a holistic marketing strategy that spans content, community building, events, and partnerships to accelerate growth across the Mina ecosystem and our various projects.
- You will recruit and manage a high-performing team, overseeing the development of impactful campaigns across multiple channels to highlight our products and core values.
- You will analyze performance metrics and industry trends to refine our strategies, ensuring we effectively reach our target audience while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
What you'll bring
- You possess a proven history of marketing leadership within the crypto, fintech, or broader tech sectors, specifically with experience in successful product and token launches.
- You have a demonstrated ability to build vibrant, open-source communities and a track record of empowering developers and ecosystem leaders to find their voices.
- You are a strategic thinker who is comfortable taking calculated risks, willing to move beyond traditional playbooks to find what is truly effective, and proficient in using digital marketing and analytics tools.
- You offer excellent leadership and communication skills, with the flexibility to travel periodically to represent our brand at industry events.
- You are fluent in English and ready to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
