Picture a team of cybersecurity experts working around the clock to protect hundreds of organizations from the most sophisticated threats on the planet. At Deepwatch, we combine advanced technology with human expertise to deliver fast, reliable protection that helps our customers strengthen their security every day. We are one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States, backed by a recent $180 million Series C round and recognized as a Great Place to Work three years running.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will shape how the market experiences our managed security platform. In this executive role you will report directly to the CEO and partner closely with sales, product, and engineering leaders to build the strategies that fuel customer growth and brand strength. Your work will directly influence how organizations discover, evaluate, and choose Deepwatch as their trusted security partner.
A day in the life
- You will craft and refine go-to-market plans that turn market insights into clear messaging across our website, digital campaigns, partner channels, and public relations efforts.
- You will lead demand-generation programs that combine content, paid media, social channels, and field events to reach cybersecurity leaders and practitioners with stories that resonate.
- You will guide a talented marketing team, set measurable goals tied to revenue, and use performance data to continuously improve how we tell the Deepwatch story.
Who you are
You bring more than ten years of leadership experience in sales, product, and brand marketing, ideally within high-growth SaaS or security software environments. You have built global go-to-market strategies, led large cross-functional programs, and know how to use digital platforms, SEO, content, social media, and account-based approaches to drive measurable results. You are comfortable presenting to C-level audiences and boards, enjoy collaborating across geographies, and are ready to travel as needed. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required; an MBA is welcomed but not mandatory. You must be fluent in English.
Why you'll love it here
The anticipated salary range for this role is $200,000 to $315,000 plus bonus and stock options. In addition to competitive pay, we offer medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, flexible hours, generous paid time off including eight weeks of parental leave, and a unique annual professional-development allowance starting at $3,000. Hybrid work is supported so you can balance time in the office with time at home, and our culture encourages continuous learning through wellness programs and monthly educational sessions.
