The opportunity
As our Chief E-commerce Officer you will own the full commercial and marketing strategy for our international operations. Your work will shape how we acquire, convert, and retain customers through every digital channel, ensuring that marketing functions as a true engine of revenue rather than a cost center. You will sit at the heart of the business, aligning teams across pricing, product, purchasing, and technology so that every initiative serves clear commercial goals.
A day in the life
- You start by reviewing performance dashboards that track ROI, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value, then meet with channel leads to adjust campaigns based on what the numbers reveal.
- Mid-morning you join a cross-functional session with the purchasing and product teams to align upcoming promotions with inventory realities and margin targets, translating those priorities into clear marketing roadmaps.
- In the afternoon you coach a team member on an A/B test design, approve an automation workflow that removes repetitive tasks, and close the day by preparing a concise performance brief for the executive committee.
Who you are
You bring at least ten years of senior commercial and digital marketing experience inside an international e-commerce environment, with deep expertise in SEA, SEO, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, conversion optimization, and digital branding. You have already led the transformation of marketing teams, instilling a culture of testing, measurement, and continuous improvement. You are fluent in both French and English, comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, and known for your ability to challenge constructively while building genuine alignment across departments. A strong B2C mindset and an instinctive focus on ROI guide every recommendation you make.
