What is this role?
We are seeking a Channel Marketing Lead to join our team in Singapore. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a seasoned professional with a strong background in marketing leadership. You will play a pivotal role in delivering partner marketing programs that align with our broader business and sales objectives.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing plans that support our overarching business and product strategies.
- Create and implement creative, new ideas to optimize our channel performance and analyze market needs to ensure our partner activities are effective.
- Manage and mentor assigned staff while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams and technical resources, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Five to seven years of marketing experience, including three to five years specifically in digital marketing.
- Proven excellence in project management and personnel management, ideally with experience in a hi-tech organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to optimize lead generation programs.
- Proficiency or familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce CRM, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
