What you bring
As a Senior Casino Manager in our full-time hybrid role based in our Madrid office, you will be responsible for delivering our gaming proposition for the Spanish market. You will work closely with local colleagues and central execution teams to ensure our brand stands out. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the overall casino strategy for Spain to create a unique and appealing customer experience.
- Monitoring and analyzing the competitive landscape to ensure our offerings remain superior and reactive to market developments.
- Managing data-driven approaches to optimize gaming content positioning and promotional ROI while preventing bonus abuse.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a deep understanding of gaming products across various markets and has a proven track record of managing a gaming profit and loss statement. You should have experience working with game suppliers and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic business environments. Strong analytical skills are essential, as you will need to drive insight-based solutions and prepare detailed trend analyses for senior management. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Since our Talent Acquisition and some hiring teams are based in the UK, you must be fluent in English, and please ensure your resume is submitted in English as well.
