What is this role?
We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment within the United States. In this role, you will be the bridge between our employer clients and academic institutions, helping us build the partnerships necessary to support our student loan programs.
What will you do?
- Design and run targeted outreach campaigns to engage academic institutions and attract students to our sponsored programs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with career services departments and student organizations to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
- Oversee the entire lead generation process, from the initial outreach to schools all the way through to successful conversion.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in recruitment, marketing, and relationship building. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in campus recruiting or selling to universities, ideally with an existing network of academic contacts.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and career services software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Fluency in English.
