Job Title: Campus Ambassador 

Job Type: Part-Time (20-30 hours per week)

Whom We Are Looking For:

Think Academy U.S. is seeking a Part-Time Campus Ambassador to represent our brand on your university campus. In this role, you will promote Think Academy, share information about our job opportunities, and raise awareness about our career fairs. This position is perfect for students who want to develop their leadership and communication skills while contributing positively to their campus community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotion and Branding: Actively promote the employer brand of the campus recruitment using existing resources.
• Channel Development: Continuously explore new recruitment channels to expand the recruitment scope.
• Online Promotion: Forward and promote employer recruitment-related content to increase influence.
• Offline Promotion: Actively promote on-the-ground activities such as campus roadshows; complete weekly offline promotion targets.
• Information Gathering: Collect information about campus job fairs, student job intentions, etc.
• Employer Branding:  Assist AoFei Entertainment in maintaining relationships with universities and establish a positive image among faculty and students.
• Campus Talent Scouting: Identify and cultivate talent within the campus, enriching personal resources.

Requirements:

• Enrolled Student: Currently enrolled at Universiti Malaya, Monash University Malaysia and Sunway University as an undergraduate student.
• Leadership Experience: Preference given to students holding leadership positions in student organizations, class committees, or college/employment office.
• Communication and Organization Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Networking and Social Media: Extensive campus network, strong influence, and proficiency in internet social media and copywriting.
• Time Commitment: Ability to commit to at least 20 hours of work per week. Available to participate in campus recruitment activities during the recruitment season.
• Company Culture and Passion: Alignment with company culture and a passion for the education industry.

Compensation:

• MYR15/hr
• Performance-based commission opportunities.
