The role
We are seeking a Campaigns Strategy Lead to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a senior-level position based in the United States. You will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for spearheading the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-impact marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and generate demand.
Core responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: You will own the development of multi-channel campaigns, working closely with product marketing, content, design, and sales to turn positioning into fully executed initiatives that reach the right customers at the right time.
- Program Leadership: You will oversee our Account-Based Marketing program to engage high-value enterprise accounts and manage our webinar strategy to ensure these events are tightly integrated into our broader demand generation efforts.
- Team Mentorship: You will lead and grow a high-performing team of marketers, contractors, and agencies, fostering a collaborative environment while using performance insights to refine our processes and secure the resources needed to scale.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of marketing strategy and team leadership. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in campaign management, including 2 or more years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Proven success in planning integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, and event channels.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to manage budgets, set KPIs, and report meaningful results to senior leadership.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred, as is familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and location. For candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range is $168,000 to $237,900 USD. For all other locations in the United States, the base salary range is $151,200 to $214,100 USD. In addition to base pay, our total compensation includes:
- Equity compensation and stock options.
- A hybrid work environment designed to support flexibility.
