Back in 2014, our founders Henry and Joel had a late-night idea in a car that eventually grew into the ShopBack Group. Today, we are proud to be the leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform across the Asia-Pacific region. With a community of over 40 million shoppers spanning 12 markets, we handle more than half a million transactions every single day for our 20,000 partners. We are currently expanding into the European market and are looking for energetic, driven people to help us build the most rewarding way to shop in the world.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Campaigns Manager to join our team in Malaysia. This is a full-time, mid-level position that operates on a hybrid work schedule. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where startup energy meets a solid business foundation, you will fit right in with our mission.
What will you do?
- Create and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including our app, website, and CRM, to boost customer retention and acquisition.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams, such as Business Development, Operations, and Performance Marketing, to ensure our strategies are aligned and effective.
- Use your analytical skills to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide our decision-making and help us improve our internal processes.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have 4 to 7 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, ideally within the e-commerce or tech sectors. You are a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously. We value candidates who possess a strong data-driven mindset and the ability to translate quantitative analysis into successful marketing strategies. Because we work across many functions, you will need excellent interpersonal skills and the organizational agility to thrive in a global, fast-moving environment. Proficiency in English is essential for this position.
What's in it for you?
We believe in supporting our team members with a culture that is open, collaborative, and fun. When you join us, you can expect the following perks:
- The flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
- Access to stock options.
- Clear paths for career progression and ongoing learning opportunities.
- The chance to work alongside a talented, global team in a transparent and candid environment.
