Role at a glance
We are seeking a Mid-Level Campaigns Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the United States. You will be a key player in our marketing organization, helping us tell the Brex story and translate our innovative product features into meaningful customer benefits.
Your impact
- Orchestrate and execute high-impact demand generation programs that center on sponsored industry events, tradeshows, and hosted field events.
- Develop and run multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns that utilize both inbound and outbound tactics to drive awareness and build pipeline.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders to ensure we are constantly testing, optimizing, and scaling our efforts.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated campaigns role, with a strong preference for event marketing expertise.
- Deep business acumen and a proven track record of implementing multi-channel programs that deliver measurable ROI.
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and partner effectively with sales and marketing operations teams.
- Professional fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $99,440 to $124,300. Please note that the final base pay is determined by various factors, including your specific location, skills, experience, and internal pay parity. Depending on the role, you may also be eligible for equity and other forms of compensation as part of your total package.
