About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply

Current university students and recent graduates

Responsibilities:

Support developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, encompassing online user activities, promotions, and campaigns

Collaborate with internal teams, providing support in devising and setting up campaigns

Analyze data results to generate insights for campaign enhancement and performance optimization

Undertake quality assurance (QA) responsibilities for all active campaigns, monitoring and ensuring adherence to established guidelines, industry best practices, and organization standards

Engage in active cooperation with various teams across the company to continuously improve user experience by identifying and addressing points of friction

Introduce solutions to provide seamless journey for our customers

Requirements:

Current undergraduate / graduate student or fresh graduate in Business Majors

Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage

Passion and deep understanding of crypto and blockchain industries

Preferably relevant experience in digital marketing (strategy and/or lifecycle)

Preferably prior experience in implementing marketing automation and/or CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or similar systems
