About the Role
We are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager - Theatrical to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of project management, creative development, and campaign strategy. You will work closely with our global centers of excellence and channel teams to bring our integrated marketing campaigns to life. Your primary focus will be supporting our title marketing, brand management, and brand marketing teams to facilitate the execution of theatrical releases across multiple channels, ensuring that every asset is delivered seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project management team to build comprehensive campaign plans, including the creation of work-back schedules and the establishment of key project milestones and review processes.
- Serve as a strategic and creative resource for our marketing and brand teams by ensuring that project briefs are cohesive and focused while consolidating feedback to maintain smooth communication across departments.
- Partner with regional marketing teams, audience development, and lifecycle marketing to collect localization needs and ensure that campaign execution remains consistent across the entire marketing mix.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing global marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans specifically for theatrical titles.
- Strong understanding of the creative production process for video, print, and copy, including asset ingestion, management, and trafficking.
- Proficiency with various project management tools, such as Airtable or Lucidchart, and a proven ability to create effective work-back schedules.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
Location
This position is a hybrid role, and we are currently considering applicants based in either Culver City or New York City.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $105,000 USD. In addition to your salary, you will have the opportunity to earn an annual performance bonus. We also provide a robust benefits package to support your well-being, which includes:
