We are currently seeking a seasoned Campaign Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, on-site basis.
Key outcomes
- Drive regional pipeline growth by executing strategic campaigns that align with our broader business objectives.
- Partner with our global teams to localize campaigns, ensuring our messaging resonates effectively across different markets and segments.
- Manage multi-channel initiatives, including email, social media, and content marketing, while maintaining consistency throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI and share actionable insights with key stakeholders.
- Develop targeted Account-Based Marketing strategies and collaborate closely with sales teams to personalize our outreach.
- Work alongside the SDR team to refine lead qualification processes and accelerate opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in campaign and content marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
- A proven history of successfully developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in demand generation and Account-Based Marketing strategies.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce, marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, and ABX platforms like 6Sense or DemandBase.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Preferred qualifications
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Specific experience in customer marketing or the HR SaaS industry.
