The role
We are seeking a Campaign Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for a professional who thrives on ownership and technical execution. You will operate within a hybrid work environment, balancing the benefits of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of working from home. In this role, you will be the primary expert responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Core responsibilities
- Take full ownership of campaign implementation, deployment, and monitoring across platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, and Braze.
- Utilize SQL to build precise audience segments and design sophisticated, trigger-based customer journeys that incorporate dynamic content.
- Collaborate with agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to final execution and performance reporting.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise and project management discipline. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a campaign management or marketing operations role.
- Proficiency with industry-leading marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, or Braze.
- Strong technical knowledge of SQL and a deep understanding of email marketing best practices.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain high standards of accuracy in reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Compensation and benefits
