RAPP is looking for a Campaign Decisioning Specialist to join our award-winning technology team in Chicago. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute decision strategies using the Pega Decisioning Hub to meet business goals.
- Design cross-channel strategies that ensure personalized experiences across mobile, web, email, and social media.
- Collaborate with data scientists, IT teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Apply AI and machine learning capabilities to optimize engagement and refine Next-Best-Action strategies.
- Monitor strategy performance and use data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
- Create thorough documentation and provide training for team members and business users.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to internal standards and industry regulatory guidelines.
- Troubleshoot application errors and maintain tools for both internal and external clients.
Must-haves
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Pega decisioning.
- Current Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification.
- At least 2 years of experience developing cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Pega Customer Decision Hub and related toolsets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Pega Data Scientist certification or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) credentials.
- Active T3 Security Clearance.
