The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Campaign Content Marketing Manager to help us tell our story. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our content strategy, working closely with our demand generation team to craft narratives that resonate at every stage of the customer journey. You will act as a key partner across the organization, ensuring our messaging positions People.ai as the premier solution in the sales AI space. This is a full-time, remote position that offers you the autonomy to own your function and shape how we communicate our value to the world.
A day in the life
- Develop and execute high-impact content, including videos, webinars, email campaigns, and executive influencer pieces that speak directly to customer challenges.
- Take full ownership of our organic social media strategy across LinkedIn and YouTube, ensuring our presence is integrated into broader campaign goals.
- Analyze performance data to identify which topics and channels drive the most engagement, then use those insights to refine our processes and optimize future content programs.
Who you are
You are a seasoned storyteller with 5 to 7 years of experience in content marketing. You understand how to map content to the customer lifecycle and have a proven track record of supporting demand generation initiatives. You are comfortable working with video editing tools to create both polished and authentic content, and you have experience managing social media strategies and external agencies. You are a word wizard who excels at editing, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. You communicate effectively in English, and you possess a get-it-done attitude that allows you to manage projects independently from start to finish.
