The opportunity

As a CAD Designer, you will be a vital part of our product development team, focusing on our core categories of Sports and Outdoors, Home and Travel, and Health and Personal Care. You will be responsible for bringing fresh ideas to life through high-quality 3D designs, 2D graphic solutions, and engaging marketing assets. This role allows you to collaborate closely with internal teams and external manufacturing partners, ensuring that our products stand out in a competitive global market. A day in the life

• You will manage the end-to-end product development process, transforming initial concepts into detailed, production-ready 3D models and technical drawings for manufacturing.
• You will design a variety of 2D assets, including packaging, instructional labels, and visual content for Amazon listings to ensure our products look their best.
• You will conduct ongoing market research to fuel new product ideation and create photo-realistic renders to support our marketing and trade show efforts.

Who you are

You are a creative professional with a degree in Product Design or a related field and a strong portfolio that showcases your talent in both 3D product and packaging design. You have a solid grasp of manufacturing processes, particularly plastic injection moulding, and you are comfortable navigating the technical side of engineering. To succeed in this role, you should be:

• Highly skilled in SolidWorks, Rhino, and Pro/ENGINEER.
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• A clear communicator who is detail-oriented and enjoys collaborating with a global team.
• Fluent in English.
