About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This position serves as a vital member of the Office of the Chief Business Officer, where you will focus on strengthening operational rigor and cross-functional alignment for our Strategic Consulting team. You will be responsible for taking strategic initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring that our processes support our long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement business processes that support the execution of key initiatives, including Industry Marketing and Innovation Lab projects.
- Manage end-to-end projects by coordinating across departments, setting clear milestones, and ensuring stakeholders remain accountable to established procedures.
- Analyze performance data to identify operational gaps and build scalable, cross-functional strategies that meet our sales and organizational targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to work with minimal oversight. We value candidates who are expert at prioritizing multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. While not strictly required, experience in operations, program management, or project management within the SaaS industry is highly preferred. You should be a team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a strong drive to deliver results through effective stakeholder management and data analysis.
