The role

We are looking for a Senior Business Navigation Leader to join our team in Malaysia on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will act as a vital partner to our management teams, providing the expert analysis and strategic insight necessary to steer our business toward sustained performance. You will play a key role in shaping our operational strategy and ensuring our financial health.

Core responsibilities

• Provide expert analysis and actionable insights to the store steering team to drive growth, optimize performance, and ensure long-term profitability.
• Manage the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting process, including the monitoring of staff costs and productivity metrics to ensure we meet our financial targets.
• Take full ownership of profit and loss oversight for your assigned areas, utilizing key performance indicators to influence commercial sales and cost management.
