We are currently seeking a Business Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity.
This role is a blend of strategic operator, executive partner, and trusted advisor. You will work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer to bring structure and clarity to our most important initiatives. We are looking for someone who can navigate high-velocity environments, connect the dots across product, sales, and brand teams, and act as a reliable extension of our leadership office.
Key outcomes
- Serve as a force multiplier for the CMO by prioritizing and executing strategic initiatives across marketing and sales functions.
- Manage and track the execution of key goals and OKRs to ensure organizational alignment.
- Translate complex discussions into actionable tasks and clear deadlines for various teams.
- Drive progress on high-impact projects by managing dependencies and ensuring accountability across departments.
- Prepare executive materials, including board updates, presentations, and strategic communications.
- Provide analytical support for budget planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Manage calendar priorities and travel logistics to optimize the CMO’s bandwidth for high-level strategy.
- Represent the leadership office in key meetings and events with professionalism and situational awareness.
Requirements
- Seven to ten or more years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or operations, ideally within tech, startup, or agency environments.
- Proven track record of working closely with senior executives or founders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust your tone and style for different audiences.
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities, with proficiency in tools like Notion, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Consistent availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours, with partial overlap into European time zones.
- Fluency in English, as all application materials must be submitted in English.
- Willingness to travel globally for summits, meetings, and industry events.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience coordinating global teams and managing complex travel logistics.
