The role
We are looking for a Business Manager to join the Office of the CMO in a full-time, senior-level capacity. This is a hybrid strategic and operational position designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring structure to complex initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor and force multiplier to our CMO, working across global teams to ensure our priorities are met with clarity and precision. Please note that this role requires consistent availability during Eastern Standard Time working hours, with some overlap into European time zones, and includes travel for global events and summits.
Core responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the CMO by prioritizing and executing key initiatives across Marketing, Product, and Sales while ensuring operational continuity.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by managing high-impact projects, tracking OKRs, and preparing materials for executive presentations and board updates.
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support, including calendar management, travel coordination, and drafting strategic communications that reflect the CMO's vision.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Seven to ten or more years of experience in marketing, strategy, or operations, ideally within tech, startup, or agency environments.
- Proven ability to work closely with senior executives or founders, with a talent for storytelling and high-level communication.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, including proficiency in tools like Notion, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing situations.
- Fluency in English is required for all applications.
