Role at a glance
This is a full-time, junior-level position based out of our Somerville, MA office. The role requires an on-site presence, as you will be spending significant time in the field and working directly with our marketing team to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.
Your impact
- Spend your first six months gaining hands-on experience in the field to master our business model and service offerings.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on high-level projects involving data analytics, content management, and campaign strategy.
- Identify and implement process improvements that drive company growth and operational efficiency.
What you'll need
We are looking for a recent college graduate who is eager to learn and ready to take on a dynamic, non-linear career path. You should possess the following qualities and skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or English.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- A valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- The ability to pass a safety-sensitive pre-employment physical.
- Bonus points if you have experience with video editing, photography, or managing multiple projects simultaneously.
