What you bring

As a Junior Business Development Representative working in a full-time, hybrid capacity across the United States, you will play a vital role in our growth. You will leverage your skills in Marketing, Salesforce, and Prospecting to drive our success. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Strategically prospecting into your assigned territory using a mix of phone, email, video, and social outreach tools.
• Targeting key accounts and navigating complex organizations to secure qualified meetings with important stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with our internal sales engineers, marketing teams, and product experts to develop territories and build a robust pipeline.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is naturally curious, competitive, and detail-oriented. You should possess a strong desire to exceed monthly goals and feel comfortable engaging with executives. We value individuals who can translate complex technical solutions into clear, easy-to-understand concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. You should hold a BS or BA degree, or have equivalent professional experience, and demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for hunting for new customers in a fast-paced environment.
