Key outcomes

• Drive our sales pipeline by actively sourcing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Engage with inbound leads promptly to convert interest into meaningful business conversations.
• Partner with account executives to design and execute strategic outreach plans for target accounts.
• Manage your daily and weekly workflow to consistently meet activity targets, including phone calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Conduct deep research on prospects to ensure every interaction is highly personalized and relevant.
• Master our product messaging and value propositions to effectively address the specific pain points of our customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and meeting details within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to increase brand awareness and support ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

• Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or business development, though we also welcome motivated individuals looking to transition into the technology sector for the first time.
• A self-starting, hungry mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed results.
• A strategic approach to problem-solving combined with the tactical ability to execute daily tasks.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• A creative, scrappy attitude that allows you to think outside the box to reach your goals.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, typically requiring time in the office 2 to 3 days per week.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience working within the startup or software industries.
• Background knowledge in manufacturing or the sale of complex products.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is $60,000, plus a performance bonus. We are committed to transparency and will discuss specific compensation details during our initial conversation. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
